Q2: Will the proportion of traditional and new media change in terms of Jaeger-LeCoultre's promotion in the future?
We are currently very concerned about new media, but of course this trend will continue to change in the future, because people spend more and more time on their cell phones, just like we have some new initiatives in the field of new media, for example, in the near future we will upgrade the Jaeger-LeCoultre WeChat account, upgrade it to a service account, all the new Jaeger-LeCoultre advertisements will have their own QR code, when you go to scan it, you will be able to see the information about the watch, and the nearest Jaeger-LeCoultre store to where you live. Q3: What would be your ideal way of promoting Jaeger-LeCoultre on the Internet?
The ideal promotion method is to connect more enthusiasts and users to interact with the brand, just like when they scan the QR code on the advertisement and find the nearest boutique, they can communicate directly with the shopkeeper by WeChat without having to communicate by phone, so that they can make an appointment to see the watch. I always know the repair process of the watches I send for maintenance, so that more people will buy them in China, which will indeed bring more convenience, because if you buy some very complicated watches abroad, there is really no master in China to repair such a piece, so we can't help them send it abroad for repair, because it is purchased abroad. In short, the interaction between brands and customers should be more and more, cell phones and new media are just a tool, the main thing is human communication.
